Shipping & Returns
PACKAGING: Packing slips and receipts are not included in shipments unless specifically requested by the customer. Each apron is neatly wrapped in a plastic garment sleeve to protect the fabric.
PACKAGE DELIVERY: Creative Chics is NOT liable for orders delayed or undelivered by your postal carrier where we provide proof of shipment via the tracking number provided by USPS and shipped to the address provided on the customer order.
INTERNATIONAL: For returns of aprons purchased, the buyer is solely responsible for original shipping fees and/or return shipping fees.
Creative Chics gladly accept returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Contact me within 3 days of delivery with a request to return.
- Return the item with 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a postal tracking number with your return.
- Custom Orders, Sale Items and Gift Cards are exempt from refunds.

For approved returns, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment upon receipt and acceptance of the returned item.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
